Anthony Wayne Frazier, age 60 of the Hermitage Springs Community in Clay County, TN passed away Sunday afternoon, March 29, 2026 at the Macon Community Hospital ER in Lafayette, TN. Anthony is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.

Memorial Services for Anthony Wayne Frazier will be conducted Monday afternoon at 1 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Guy Frazier officiating.

Visitation will begin Monday morning at 10 a.m. until his service at 1 p.m.

He is preceded in death by: parents, Wayne & Sophia Frazier, step-daughter, Heather Reid, sister, Lynda Frazier and step-brother, Steve Isbell.

Survivors include: devoted companion, Angela Vannasdale of Hermitage Springs Community; step-sons, Chris Pryor, Jr & wife, Tia of Gamaliel, KY, William Vannasdale of Hermitage Springs Community; step-daughter, Paula Bush of Lafayette; 12 grandchildren; step-brothers, John Isbell & wife, Jeannie, Eddie Frazier; step-sisters, Melissa Webb, Valarie Weaks, Kimberly Sisco; niece, Nicole Frazier.
