Barbara Newberry Gibson, age 50 of Celina, TN & formerly of Red Boiling Springs, TN passed away Sunday evening, August 28, 2022 at Livingston Regional Hospital in Livingston, TN. Barbara is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.

Funeral Services for Barbara Newberry Gibson will be conducted Thursday afternoon, September 1, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Brother Ronnie Pitcock officiating. Interment will follow in the Whitley Cemetery.

Visitation will begin on Wednesday morning from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m.

She is survived by: husband, Bill Gibson of Celina; son, Kevin Louis Perdue of Lafayette; step-daughters, Retha Brown & Sheena Thompson both of Tyler, TX; sister and brother-in-law, Cindy & Mike Rigsbee; brothers and sisters-in-law, Kenneth Newberry, Jr., David Newberry & companion, Shamy Calesa, Bobby & Rochelle Newberry, Josh & Alisha Newberry all of Lafayette; 1 granddaughter.
