Billie “Bill” Grey Speck, age 93 of Lafayette, TN passed away Friday morning, April 3, 2026 Knollwood Manor. Bill is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, TN.

Funeral Services for Billie “Bill” Grey Speck will be conducted Tuesday morning, April 7, 2026 at 11:00 am from the First Baptist Church of Lafayette with Pastor Ron Mathis officiating. Interment will follow in the Anderson & Son Memorial Park.

Visitation will begin Monday from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Anderson & Son Funeral Home and again on Tuesday from 9:00 am until service time at 11:00 am at the First Baptist Church of Lafayette.

He is preceded in death by: Wife, Elizabeth “Liz” Ray Speck; Son, Steve Speck; Parents, Joe May Speck & Janie (Ledbetter) Speck; Sister, Ann Norris; Brothers, Othel, Estes, Odis, & Willie Pierce Speck; Sister-in-law, Doris Milligan and husband Richard.

Survivors include: Daughter, Stacye Collins and husband Tim; Granddaughter, Brooke Oglesby and husband John; Grandson, Trenton Collins and companion Jenna Meador all of Lafayette; Great-Grandson, Tatum Gray Oglesby; Brother Grady Speck and wife Doris of Michigan; Brothers-in-law, Jim Ray and wife Jane of Monterey, Robert Ray and wife Carol of Michigan; Caregiver, Jennifer Greer; Several Nieces and Nephews.
