Graveside Services & Interment for Billy Ray Halsell will be conducted Saturday afternoon, May 11, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. from the Anderson & Son Memorial Park with Tony Russell officiating.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by: parents, BUuord & Hazel Boone Halsell.Survivors include: wife, Joyce Strong Halsell; daughters and sons-in-law, Leslie & Richard Wix all of Red Boiling Springs, Elizabeth & Joshua Copas of Castalian Springs; son and daughter-in-law, Bryan & Heather Halsell of Murfreesboro; 7 grandchildren, Brittney Halsell, Weston Browning, Tiffany Halsell, Austin Browning, Ethan Copas, Breeze Copas, & Kara Wix; 4 great-grandchildren, Baylor Marcom, Frazier Poindexter, Nash Halsell, & Silas Browning.
