Mr. and Mrs. Sircy just attended our 50 year class reunion in August. He had as much fun as we did. We joked that he was the youngest teacher we had ever had and the most loved by students. He told many stories and remembered so many good and fun things. We were one of his first biology classes. His love, concerns and dedication for his students never waivered. I will always have the greatest respect for Mr. Sircy. He asked us in later years to call him Bobby, but we just could not do that. He will be missed by everyone that ever knew him. He influenced soooo many lives. I am so very thankful for having known him.

Mr. Sircy was a wonderful teacher that truly cared for his students and their families. He was a delightfully intelligent person and was respected by all who knew him. Since I had Mr. Sircy in class when I was at TCHS in the 70's, I so wanted my girls to have him also, and they did. They loved him as well.
Missing a special person and prayers for his family . . . . Beverly

I am just heartbroken to hear of Bobby's passing. He was always such a kind, friendly man. All of you were so blessed to have him as a husband and father. He was a great one and I have never heard one harm word ever said about him. He was loved by all who knew him. My prayers are with you all. Each time you think of him, may it bring you peace and happiness instead of sadness. God bless all of you!

My heart grieves with all the family and all who had the pleasure and opportunity to call Mr. Sircy teacher and friend. It saddens me to think of those who will never have the pleasure of witnessing true humility as was characterized by the actions and words of Mr. Sircy. My heart, my prayers, and my thoughts are with you all in the coming days...as the old hymn says, "Heaven just keeps getting sweeter as the days go by..."

Bobby Sircy was an exceptional person, teacher, and dear friend. I taught with him for 35 years and never met a more dedicated educator. He went way beyond the call of duty to see that his students learned and understood material that was often very difficult to grasp. He rarely raised his voice, yet his quiet manner demanded your attention. He will be dearly missed by all whose lives he has touched. May God's comfort be on the family. You are in my prayers.

I am terribly sad to hear that a truly great man has left us way too soon. Your husband & father truly cared about each & everyone of his students & what they carried away from his class. His smile was genuine and even on a bad day he made you feel better. He helped shape the path I took in life, nursing, and I am so very glad that I had the chance to thank him personally at our class reunion. Same beautiful smile, same warmth, truly a wonderful man & teacher. Losing a loved one is never easy but know he was loved by many and for all the right reasons. He made a difference. Prayers for all.
