Carlis Ray Evans, age 70 of Red Boiling Springs, TN passed  away  Thursday afternoon, August 13, 2015 at his residence.  Carlis Ray is at Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.

Funeral services for Carlis Ray Evans will be conducted Sunday afternoon, August 16, 2015 at 3 p.m. from the chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs with Pastor Tim White officiating.  Interment will follow in the Whitley Cemetery.    

Visitation with the family will begin Friday after 5 p.m. until funeral time Sunday at 3 p.m. 

Survivors include: wife, Mary Katherine Evans, daughters, Brenda Knight & Partner Ritchie Hudson, Patty Clarkson & Partner Ronnie Blair, Jennifer Sexton & husband Doug, Harley Evans & Karley Copas all of Red Boiling Springs & Teresa Brown & husband Bruce of Russell Hill Community, sons, Ray Evans Jr. & Partner Bobby Loden of Nashville, Rocky Evans & wife Lindsey of Red Boiling Springs & Chris Davis & wife Elizabeth of Tompkinsville, brothers, Glynn Evans of Red Boiling Springs & Roy Evans & wife Tina of Lafayette. 17 Grandchildren & 27 Great-Grandchildren.
