Carol Sue Frazier

Carol Birdwell Frazier, age 58 of the Hermitage Springs Community in Clay County, TN passed away Thursday morning February 8, 2018 at the Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, TN.  Carol is at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.    

Memorial Services & Interment for Carol Birdwell Frazier will be conducted Saturday morning, February 17, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. from the Mt. Vernon Cemetery.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.   

She is survived by son, Charles Hawkins of Tompkinsville, KY; granddaughter, Liberty Faye Hawkins, sister & brother-in-law, Barbara & Doug Cook of Moss; brothers & their companions, Ray Birdwell & Betty of Cookeville, Dennis Birdwell & Judy of Lawrenceburg; devoted companion, Wayne Boone of Hermitage Springs.
