Funeral Services for Charles Hugh Bartley will be conducted Saturday morning, May 9, 2026 at 11:00 am from the Chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Pastor Ron Mathis officiating.

Visitation will begin Saturday, from 10:00 am until service time at 11:00 am.

He is preceded in death by: Wife, Cheryl Blair Bartley, Parents, Hugh Ed & Virginia Ann Smith Bartley, Sister, Sharon Knight Blair.

Survivors include: Daughter, Ann Bartley, Son, John Bartley, Grandchildren, Jericho Bartley & Rosemary Williams, Mother of his children, Sendy Russo all of Portland, Uncles, Junior Bartley of Lafayette, Roy Bartley & wife, Patricia of the Cross Lanes Community, Doyle Bartley & wife, Janet of Red Boiling Springs, many cousins & extended family members.
