David Gilbert Wade, age 55, of Lafayette, passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at his residence. Memorial services will be planned at a later date.

He is survived by his daughter, Alicia Wade, son, Daniel Wade, grandchildren, Matthew Roark, Landon, Lennix, Loden, Littiah and Linkin Wade, mother, Sally Wade, brother Rodney Thompson and sister, Tonya Cothron.
