Donald Dean Davis, age 86 of Red Boiling Springs, TN  passed away Wednesday morning, January 28, 2015 at the Macon County General Hospital ER in Lafayette, TN.  Donald is at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs.

Funeral Services for Donald Dean Davis will be conducted Friday morning, January 30, 2015 at 11 a.m. from the chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Bob Cowan officiating.  Interment will follow in the Anderson & Son Memorial Park.    

Visitation with the family will begin Thursday 5 p.m. until 9 p.m., and Friday 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.  Family request memorials be made to the Red Boiling Springs Church of Christ or the Union Hill Cemetery.  You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.

He was a great man that I helped take care of at The Palace. .the sweetest man and the family as well. He was Very kind and patient with us everyday..that smile when I would walk in his room would make my day...I was sad when he left. .and even more sad now...he was missed by many there and now will be missed forever and never forgotten.

I worked for Don for many years. I always found him to be a devoted and professionsal manager and protector of FAA funds. We spent many hours debating many diferent subjects in a friendly manner.He set a very good example for all employees on dedication and loyalty.

We were so sorry to hear of Don's passing, our hearts go out to each of you. As you grieve, please know that we are remembering you and honoring Don's memory.
