Eddy Phillip Clayborne, age 71, of the Haysville Community in Lafayette, TN passed away Tuesday evening, June 22, 2021 at the Macon Community Hospital in Lafayette, TN. Eddy Clayborne is at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, TN.

Funeral Services for Eddy Clayborne will be conducted Friday morning, June 25, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, TN with Elder Ricky Wilson & Reverend Terry Howser officiating.  Interment will follow in the Haysville Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will begin on Thursday morning from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and again on Friday from 8:00 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a.m.

The family request memorials be made to the Haysville Cemetery, Macon County Sports Hall of Fame, or the Lafayette Missionary Baptist Church Building Fund. You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.

He is survived by: wife, Wynona Atwell Clayborne, sons, Wes & wife Whitney Clayborne all of Lafayette, Orry Clayborne of Memphis, grandchildren, Gavin, Greenley, Reagan, Piper, & Baker Clayborne, brother, Kenneth & wife Louise Clayborne of Melbourne, FL, Lee & wife Pat Clayborne of Columbia, & Steve & wife Betty Sue Clayborne of Lafayette, sister, Agnes Bartlett of Gallatin, Sisters-in-law- Melinda & husband Jeff Downing of Fountain Run, KY, & Audrey & husband Terry Howser of Haysville.
