Elizabeth Windsor Brown, age 78 of the Winklers Community in Red Boiling Springs passed away Sunday afternoon, January 17, 2016 at her residence.
The family will have private services at a later date.
Survivors include: husband, Robert Brown of the Winklers Community in Macon County, TN; daughter, Stacey Ann Anderson and grandson, Andrew John Anderson both of San Diego, CA.
