Elvin Cherry

Elvin Cherry, age 82 of the Union Hill Community in Clay County, TN passed away Monday evening, October 8, 2012 at his residence.  His remains are at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN. 

Funeral services for Elvin Cherry will be conducted Thursday afternoon, October 11, 2012 at 1 p.m. from the chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Jimmy Cook officiating.  Interment will follow in the Union Hill Cemetery.   

Visitation with the family will begin Wednesday 10 a.m. till 9 p.m. and Thursday 9 a.m. till service time at 1:00.

Survivors include: daughters & sons-in-law, Gail (Robert) Strong of Smyrna, TN, Donna Craighead of Union Hill Community, Judy (Steve) Rich of Hermitage Springs Community sons & daughter-in-law, Doug (Rita) Cherry of Soddy Daisy, TN and Tim Cherry of Union Hill Community, brother, Russell (Joan) Cherry of Hermitage Springs Community, 7 grandchildren & 10 great-grandchildren.
