Everett Hicks, age 89 of Gallatin, a native of Clay County, passed away on Tuesday, January 8th at Sumner Regional Medical Center. Funeral Services for Everett Hicks will be conducted on Thursday, January 10th at 1:00 p.m. from the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Jerry Mercer officiating. Interment will follow in the Anderson & Son Memorial Park in Lafayette. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday from 2 to 5 and Thursday from 10 a.m. to service time.
He is survived by: Several nieces and nephews, He was married to the former Mary Jones on June 23, 1941, who preceded him in death on March 15, 2007. They had no children
