Frances Staggs Carver, age 72 of Red Boiling Springs, TN passed away Saturday afternoon, January 15, 2022 at her residence. Frances is in the care of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.
Funeral Services for Frances Staggs Carver will be conducted Wednesday afternoon, January 19, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Kyle Todd and Ruth Lee officiating. Interment will follow in the Anderson & Son Memorial Park in Lafayette, Tennessee.
Visitation with the family will begin on Tuesday afternoon from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Wednesday morning from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m.

She is survived by: husband, Billy Joe Carver of Red Boiling Springs; daughters & sons-in-law, Ruth & Joe Lee of Livingston, Michele & Tommy Tuck of Red Boiling Springs, Lisa & Jason King of Lafayette; Sons & daughter-in-law, Gerald Carter of Red Boiling Springs, Billy & Angie Carver of Lafayette; sisters & brother-in-law, Christine Crabtree of Celina, Peggy & Bobby Stafford of Red Boiling Springs; brothers & sister-in-law, David & Genevia Staggs, Daroll Staggs and Donnie Staggs all of Rickman; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren, special friends, Tina Davis, Evelyn Cole, David Cole, Judi & Chuck Harpring.
