Gail Sadler Bowman, age 74 of the Milestown Community in Clay County, TN passed away Sunday evening, May 10, 2026 at her residence. Gail is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.

Funeral Services for Gail Sadler Bowman will be conducted Thursday afternoon, May 14, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Elder Tim Towns officiating. Interment will follow in the Sadler Family Cemetery.

Visitation will begin on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m.

She is preceded in death by: husband, Alton Bowman; son, Chris Hix; daughter, Marquitta Butler; parents, Wendell & Wilma Dean (Williams) Sadler; brother, Gary Sadler.

Survivors include: daughter, Angel Goolsby & husband Brian of Red Boiling Springs; granddaughters, Keely Apple & husband Derrick, Nautica Mea & husband Cody; grandsons, Tanner Butler & Kenyan Goolsby; great-granddaughters, Aaliyah Butler & Elsi Apple; great-grandson, Brett Butler; sister-in-law, Debbie Sadler of Red Boiling Springs.
