George Milford Scott

George Scott, age 71, of White Oak Community, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2014. Funeral services for George Scott will be conducted on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Brother Barry Brawner officiating.  Interment will follow in the Scott Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be Friday, from 3 to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. at Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette.

He is survived by:

Wife, Shirley Holland Scott of White Oak Community

Sons and daughters-in-law, Mike (Kim) Scott, Mark (Lynn) Scott,

Daughter and son-in-law, Louise (Jamie) Dallas

5 Grandchildren, Cory Scott, Jocosa (Kyle) Petty, Kiona Scott, Kamala Dallas &

Curtis (Michelle) Dallas, 2 Great-grandchildren, Isiah & Zach Dallas
