Hazel Jean Kirby

Hazel Jean Sliger Kirby, age 80, of the Union Camp Community in Macon County passed away Tuesday afternoon, October 30, 2018, at Gallatin Healthcare and Rehab.  Funeral Services for Hazel Sliger Kirby will be conducted, Saturday afternoon, November 3rd at 1:00 p.m. from the Chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Pastor Jeff Patterson officiating.  Interment will follow in the Anderson & Son Memorial Park.

Visitation with the family will begin on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until service time.

She is survived by:

Son and Daughter-in-law:  Nicky and Sheri Kirby, of the Union Camp Community in Macon County

Sister:  Patricia Johnson, of the Oakdale Community in Macon County

Brothers:  Randall and wife, Hazel Sliger of Red Boiling Springs

Kendall Sliger, Resident of Stonecrest Assisted Living in Lafayette
