Hazle Kathlean Cooke

Hazle Perrigo Cooke, age 86, of Red Boiling Springs, passed away early Thursday morning, November 27^th at Knollwood Manor.  Funeral services for Hazle Perrigo Cooke will be held on Saturday, November 29th at 1:00 PM from the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Elder Jerry Shrum officiating.  Interment will follow in Macon County Memorial Gardens. 

Visitation with the family will be Friday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and again on Saturday from 9 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. 

She is survived by: Daughter, Gala Smalling of Lafayette; Granddaughter, April (Paul) Reyes of Castalian Springs; Grandson, Kerry (Tammy) Smalling of Red Boiling Springs; Great-grandchildren, Kendall, Garrett and Kara Smalling, Lucas Reyes; Sister and Brother-in-law, Lucille and J.B. Jones; Brothers and Sisters-in-law, A.P. and June  Perrigo, R.C. and Peggy Perrigo, Billy and Faye Perrigo, all of Lafayette, Jimmy Perrigo of Maryland, Ralph and Linda Perrigo of Knoxville, Randall Perrigo of Red Boiling  Springs.

Family requests memorials in the form of donations to the Shriners, Leukemia/Lymphoma Foundation or Kidney Foundation.  You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.
