Herbert Ray Hopkins, age 65 of Lafayette, TN passed away Wednesday evening, August 31, 2022 at Tri-Star Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Herbert is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, TN.

The Family has chosen Cremation and a Celebration of Life service for Herbert Ray Hopkins will be held at a later date.

Survivors include: Wife, Janet Hopkins, Daughter, Haley Ann Walters both of Lafayette, Parents, Billy & Billie Ruth Hopkins, Sisters, Pam Broudley all of Oak Grove, LA, Robbie Maloy of Mauriceville, TX, Brother, David Hopkins of Richmond, TX, Granddaughter, Sylas Elise Walters.
