Of course I went to school with James Edgar at Red Boiling. I really enjoyed knowing him and in school was always such a funny person. We all loved him and I am sorry to hear of his passing. I love his parents Tom and Minty as well as his sister Virginia. Got to see her a few years ago and am so glad I did

We moved here when i was young and lived next door to mr. P he has always been like a grandfather to me i have always looked up to him. I will miss him dearly. Every friday he would bring us a fresh breakfast muffin and give us money for the school session i will never forget any of this and the storys of when he was younger. He has taught me to be a hard worker and to always do my best job. My first job was working on his farm in tobacco, eventually he let me come to the cementary and weedeat but after 1 fence row he fired me because i used to much weedeater line i wouldnt have had it any other way. I wish i had been able to make it to see him recently he would have loved to see how much my son has grown and for him to meet my daughter. I loved him so much he has always been someone for me to look up to. Love Jessica

What a blessing. A surprise appearance by James Edgar last fall while spending a great afternoon with cousins Cynthia and Larry, Mark and Scarlet, Bethany, my Aunt Virginia and my mom Harriet. Thank you always Cynthia for your your hospitality. Thank you Bethany for providing the transportation. I didnt have any memories of James Edgar from my childhood but I sure do now. The old boy could still entertain.

I want to send my condolences to the family he was a very great man I can remember when me and my sisters was little. We used to live behind him and misses and she would make blueberry muffins and make him walk down behind the house just to give it to us before we got on the bus.
