Jimmy Cook, age 89 of Red Boiling Springs, TN passed away Sunday morning, November 14, 2021 at his residence. Jimmy is at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.

Funeral Services for Jimmy Cook will be conducted Wednesday afternoon, November 17, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from the Red Boiling Springs Church of Christ with Mark Cassetty, Jack Honeycutt, & Jerry Cherry officiating. Interment will follow in the Smith Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will begin on Monday afternoon at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.; Wednesday at the Red Boiling Springs Church of Christ from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m.

Family request memorials be made to the R.B.S. Heritage Museum. You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.

He is survived by: wife, Janie Cassetty Cook; children, John Cook of Red Boiling Springs, Jennifer Hamblin & husband, Steve of Pleasant View, TN, & Joseph Cook of Red Boiling Springs; grandchildren and their spouses, Zach & Amanda, Allen, Lindsey & Corey, Sloan, Hannah, & Allison; great-grandchildren, Caden, Kaila, Leigh Ann, & Jaxson; sister and brother-in-law, Kathryne & Harold Belle; brothers and sister-in-law, Don & Rita Cassetty & Mark Cassetty; sisters-in-law, Anne & Bonnie Cassetty; special family friends, Jacki Cook & Penny Brockett; numerous nieces and nephews.
