Jimmy Neal Gentry, age 73 of Red Boiling Springs, TN passed away Thursday morning, June 13, 2024 at his residence. Jimmy is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.

Funeral Services for Jimmy Neal Gentry will be conducted Sunday afternoon, June 16, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Jack Honeycutt officiating. Interment will follow in the Whitley Cemetery.

Visitation will begin on Saturday afternoon from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and again on Sunday morning from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m.

He was preceded in death by: daughter, Holly Gentry; parents, Drew & Mayzelle (Hackett) Gentry; Sister, Brenda Roberts

He is survived by: wife, Loretta Newberry Gentry; daughter and son-in-law, Shalena & Tyson Bray all of Red Boiling Springs; son and daughter-in-law, Shannon & Christie Gentry of Westmoreland; grandchildren, Kyce Bray, Ayson Bray, Krieli Bray, Faith Gentry, Alivia Gentry, Shania & husband, Chance Woodward & Bradley May; great-grandchildren, Aubree Goad & Louella Woodward; sister and brother-in-law, Linda & Michael Nixon of Carthage; niece, Rhonda & husband, Jimmy Hall of LaVergne; brother-in-law, Don Roberts of Lafayette.
