Joe Roberts, age 80 of the Mt. Vernon Community in Clay County, TN passed away Monday evening, March 11, 2024 at Celina Health & Rehabilitation Center in Celina, TN. Joe is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.
Graveside Services & Interment for Joe Roberts will be conducted Thursday afternoon, March 14, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from the Mt. Vernon Cemetery with Kevin Sweezy officiating.
Visitation will begin from the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs Wednesday afternoon from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Thursday morning from 9 a.m. until we leave to go to the cemetery at 1:20 p.m.
He was preceded in death by: Parents, Irvin and Maylene Birdwell Roberts; Brothers, Irvin and Mike Roberts.Survivors include: Wife, Carol Murray Roberts of the Mt. Vernon Community; Sons and Daughters-in-Law, Robert and Cherri Roberts of Oak Ridge, TN, Shane and April Roberts of the Mt. Vernon Community; Three Granddaughters, Kindal Roberts, Haylee Roberts, Nivia Roberts; Four Grandsons, Tyler Roberts, Connor Roberts, Peyton Roberts, Keeton Roberts; Three Great-Grandchildren, Andrew Roberts, Cameron Roberts, and Asher Joe Coffelt.
