Judi R. Boylen, age 72 of Oak Grove Community in Clay County, TN , TN passed away Monday evening, July 11, 2022 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN. Judi is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, TN.
The Family has chosen Cremation and a Celebration of Life service for Judi R. Boylen will be held at a later date.
Survivors include: Husband, Thomas Boylen of Red Boiling Springs, Daughter, Heather & Greg Horton of St. Augustine, FL, Son, Daniel & Amy Boylen of Marlington, WV, 4 Grandsons & 1 Great-Granddaughter.
