Larry Spivey, age 86 of the Russell Hill Community in Macon County, TN passed away Wednesday morning, February 25, 2026 at Knollwood Manor. Larry is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.
Funeral Services for Larry Spivey will be conducted Friday afternoon, February 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Jimmy Anderson and Hugh Wayne Clark officiating. Interment will follow in the Anderson & Son Memorial Park.
Visitation will begin on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and again on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m.
Family requests memorials be made to Macon County Terminal Illness Fund. You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.
He is preceded in death by: parents, Alvis P. and Settie (Cason) Spivey; brother, Jewell Ray Cason; Nephew, Joey Cason; step-son, Mark Jenkins.
Survivors include: wife, Barbara Jenkins Spivey of the Russell Hill Community; nephew, Jeffrey Cason and wife, Marla of Alabama; step-sons, Mike Jenkins and wife, Shawanna, Barry Jenkins and wife, Tina , Larry Jenkins and wife, Shelbye all of the Russell Hill Community; step daughter-in-law, Tina Jenkins of the Willette Community; step-grandchildren, Janet Strode and husband, Chris, Nathan Jenkins and wife, Kayla, Tyson Jenkins and wife, Erica, Katelyn Meador and husband, Brandon, Heather Hesson and husband, Kaleb, Kelsey Goolsby and husband, Dalton , Isaiah “Herman” Jenkins; 13 step great-grandchildren; devoted caretaker, JoAnn Nash of Lafayette.
