Laura Ann Atkins, age 56 of Lafayette, TN, passed away Wednesday afternoon, July 16, 2025 at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, TN. Laura is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, TN.

Funeral Services for Laura Ann Atkins will be conducted Saturday afternoon, July 19, 2025, at 3:00 pm from the chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Matt Shouse officiating.

Visitation will begin on Saturday from 11:00 am until service time at 3:00 pm.

Family requests memorials be made to the Lafayette Church of Christ Youth Fund. You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.

She is preceded in death by: Father, Willie Delmus Atkins.

Survivors include: Mother, Shirley Jane Atkins of Lafayette, Sister, Wendy Michelle Cothron & husband, Dwight, of Hartsville, Nephews, Kyle Alexander Cothron & wife, Elizabeth, of Bowling Green, KY, Jacob Logan Cothron & wife, Azul, of Colorado, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
