Mary Ruth (Cook) Dallas, age 82, of Lafayette, passed away on Friday, May 17th at Summit Medical Center in Madison. There will be private memorial services for family and close friends at a later date. Funeral Directors, Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette. Mary Ruth Dallas is survived by: two sons, Barry and wife Jamie Dallas, Tom and wife, Leigh Dallas, all of Lafayette and a brother, Eddie Cook of Indianapolis, IN.
