Paul Arthur Russell, Sr., age 73, of Lafayette passed away on Monday Afternoon, November 21, 2016 at Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville.   Visitation for Paul Arthur Russell, Sr. will be on Wednesday, November 23rd from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. from the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette.  There will be no funeral service.
