She is survived by devoted companion, Ed Leonard of Red Boiling Springs, TN; daughter, Jennifer Austin of Franklin, KY; son, Jake Hagans of Bowling Green, KY; Brothers, Mike Kelley and Mitch Kelley of Reading, PA.
