Phillip Jerry, better known as PJ Kernell, age 31 of Red Boiling Springs, TN passed away Thursday evening, August 24, 2023 in Lafayette. PJ is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.

Funeral Services for Phillip Jerry “PJ” Kernell will be conducted Monday afternoon, August 28, 2023 at 4 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs with Jack Honeycutt officiating.  Interment will follow in the Smith Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation will begin Monday at 11 a.m. until his service at 4 p.m.

Survivors include: mother, Rebecca Williams Kernell; brother, Austin Kernell; paternal grandfather, David Phil Kernell; niece, Lily Kernell; nephew, Braysen Kernell; host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
