Reverend Jerry Ray Smith, age 70 of Red Boiling Springs, TN and formerly of Scottsville, KY passed away Thursday afternoon, August 19, 2021 at the Macon Community Hospital in Lafayette, TN. Jerry is at the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN.
Funeral Services for Reverend Jerry Ray Smith will be conducted Sunday afternoon, August 22, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Reverend Hank Johnson & Brother Gary Isenberg officiating. Interment will follow in the New Salem Cemetery in Amos, KY.
Visitation with the family will begin on Saturday morning from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and again on Sunday from 6:30 a.m. until service time at 1:00 p.m.

The family also respectfully asks that anyone attending the visitation or the funeral service to please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
He is survived by: wife, Jannie Smith of Red Boiling Springs; daughters and son-in-law, Tracy & Patrick Murray of Scottsville, KY, Crystal Stephens of Hopkinsville, KY, Chasity Smith of Scottsville, KY, Janel Faulton; sons, Timothy Smith, John Paul Smith & companion, Karley Copas all of Red Boiling Springs, Jerry Smith of Scottsville, KY; half-sister, Elizabeth Scruggs; half-brothers, Robert Smith, Charles & wife, Lena Smith, Jimmy & Jerry Smith all of Scottsville, KY; 68 grandchildren & 31 great-grandchildren.
