Shawn Dwayne Cothron

Shawn Dwayne Cothron, Age 47, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 4th, 2016 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.  A funeral service wil be held in Indiana on Thursday and a service here at Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, on Friday, February 12th, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. with Elder Charles Jones officiating.  There is no visitation planned prior to the funeral.  Interment will be in the Anderson & Son Memorial Park.

Shawn is survived by his children:  Meagan Michelle Arthur, Dustin Wayne Cothron, Austin Robert Cothron and Mason Lee Cothron; mother:  Georgie (Dickens) Cothron, all of Indianapolis, IN; brothers and sisters-in-law:  Darrell & Lisa Cothron, Brock & Sara Cothron; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  He is survived locally by Paternal Aunts and their spouses:  Patsy & Jerry Qualls and Mary Dee & Jerry Smith of Lafayette.

His father was the late Wayne Cothron.
