Thelma Mae Purcell

Thelma Mae Purcell, age 92 of Hendersonville, TN & formerly of Macon County, TN passed away Friday afternoon, July 29, 2022 at her residence. Thelma is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, TN.

Funeral Services for Thelma Mae Purcell will be conducted Saturday afternoon, August 6, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. from the chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Rick Spivey officiating. Interment will follow in the Anderson & Son Memorial Park.

Visitation with the family will begin on Saturday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. from the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louie C. Purcell; son, Bobby Purcell; parents, Charlie & Ada (Arnold) Andrews; sister, Florence Powell.

Survived include: daughter & son-in-law, Melissa & Jerry Johnson; son and daughter-in-law, Jim & Joyce Purcell all of Hendersonville; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; cat, Angel.
