Thomas Dane, age 69, of Lafayette passed away on Thursday Afternoon, April 26, 2018 at his residence. The family has no services planned at this time.

The family suggests donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

He is survived by:

Wife:  Elizabeth “Betsy” Rappaport Dane, of Lafayette

Daughters:  Alexandra (Matthew) Sydney Dane Paul, of Arizona

Emma Katerina Dane, of Lafayette

Grandson:  Wesley William Paul
