Thomas John Shannon, Sr., age 85 of Lafayette, TN passed away Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Macon Community Hospital. Thomas is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, TN.
The family has chosen cremation & a memorial service will be held at a later date.
He is preceded in death by, wife, Sally Ann Withey Shannon, daughter, Pamela Sue Shannon, parents, Charles Samuel & Viola Elsie Gage Shannon and 9 siblings.
Survivors include: Children, Cindy (Rod) Hoffman, Cathy (Syd) Varndell, Juanita (Jake) Burnopp, Thomas Shannon, Jr., James (Sophronia) Shannon, George Shannon, Denise (Ricky) Gregory, Christina (Steven) McInally, sisters, Laura Sayers & Maggie Schaffer, 17 Grandchildren, 14 Great-Grandchildren.
